Town Survey and Public Meetings

The starting point for the Town Plan update was the Town Plan Survey and Public Meetings which happened last year. Chapter Updates Via Monthly PC Meetings

In preparation for each monthly meeting, our consultant from the Windam Regional Commission, Matt Bachler, provides a summary of possible changes to be discussed by the PC at the next upcoming meeting. After the meeting, based on the discussion, Matt prepares revisions in a red-lined copy of the chapter. These revisions are then discussed, altered and accepted at the next meeting. Below, we will post the applicable documents for upcoming meetings as well as copies of all documents from past meetings. Please refer to the chart above to know at which meeting a chapter is discussed and at which meeting the changes are reviewed.
